Talent Show

On the last day of school we had our Talent Show! All of the kids did just an awesome job! I sat front and center watching and really enjoyed myself!! Great Job everyone!!!

Field Day 2011

On the second to last day of school we had a mini field day with our class, Miss Rogers, and Mrs. Shortt's class. The events we had at our field day were hula hoop, jump rope, basketball, Mississippi Flood, 50 yard dash and a 3 legged race. All of the students really did a great job competing and cheering on their classmates.

C.R. Smith Museum

As a grade level we went to the C.R. Smith Museum. Here are a few pictures of us on the way and at the museum.

Media Fair

This year all the students in math class did a survey project. They asked the class questions to complete their survey and then we went to the computer lab and everyone made a graph. The graphs showed the results of their surveys. After all the students finished their projects they were submitted into the district media fair. All of the students did a wonderful job on their graphs!

LLELA

For our field trip this year we went to LLELA. (Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area) The students got to go on a nature walk, walk through old homes, make butter, explore insects, and catch insects in sweep nets. It was a very windy day but everyone really had a great time!

Pep Rally

At the end of each 6 weeks we have a Pep Rally in the gym for the students. This is a time when we honor the students who have worked really hard that 6 weeks. We made posters and cheered on our college, Texas State!
GO BOBCATS!!

PTA Program

Earlier this year the kids were in a PTA program. They all did a really good job singing for the school and their parents.
